Mochamad Akbar Abadi

Prior to becoming a tax consultant, Mochamad Akbar Abadi had worked for more than 16 years at the Taxation Directorate General from 1996 to 2013 and held various positions, such as tax auditor/auditor at the joint tax audit commission between Taxation Directorate General and Customs & Excise Directorate General, section services head, audit section, and supervision & consultation section head in various tax service offices. Akbar specializes in assisting taxpayers for tax consultations, tax audits, preliminary audits and objections as well as lawsuits at the Tax Court, including transfer pricing and international tax disputes assistance and settlements according to Mutual Agreement Procedures (MAP).
