Heri Fakhri Noor

Mr. Heri Fakhri Noor obtained his master’s degree in Financial Management. He is a partner of firm with more than 26 years of experience in Taxation. Before joining Persekutuan Perdata Mochamad, Daniel and Rekan (TaxPartner), Heri worked at the Directorate General of Taxes (DGT). His position was Account Representative (AR) at KPP Pratama Jakarta Setiabudi Dua, KPP Pratama Subang, KPP Pratama Bekasi Selatan, KPP Pratama Depok Cimanggis and his last position at KPP Pratama Solok.

Mr. Heri is experienced in transfer pricing, domestic and international tax, tax dispute resolution including tax audit, tax abjections and tax appeal in tax court. He is also expert in other tax service such as corporate income tax return, individual income tax return, assisting Surat Permintaan Penjelasan atas Data dan/atau Keterangan (SP2DK), withholding tax and general tax advisory.
